What is The Camden Collection?
Our unique collection of new homes in North and North West London is being delivered as part of the Community Investment Programme (CIP). The CIP is a 15 year plan to invest money directly back into the borough for the benefit of residents today and in the future.
Within The Camden Collection you will find a range of different homes, from large scale regeneration projects to smaller, more intimate developments – you’ll be sure to find the perfect new home. Each property in the collection has been individually designed and built in conjunction with our partners, to ensure that they meet the needs of modern London living.
From trendy Camden to the heights of Highgate, we’ll have a home to fit your requirements. We have a number of developments, including XY in King’s Cross, Bourne in Chancery Lane, Kiln Place in Gospel Oak, and Abbey Road Cross in West Hampstead to name just a few.
Culture, creativity and personality – the London Borough of Camden has it all. Take a morning run around Hampstead Heath before stopping for breakfast in Primrose Hill. Seek some inspiration in Kentish Town or indulge in some retail therapy at Tottenham Court Road.
Dine in one of the many stylish restaurants at Kings Cross or sample the nightlife in Camden Town – then an easy journey home. You’ll find an array of coffee shops, restaurants and bars across the borough to fit your tastes – a quick caffeine fix, bite for lunch or a fine dining experience.
Come and discover Camden for yourself – there’s so much to see; Camden Market, Hampstead Heath, Kenwood, Russell Square, London Zoo, Primrose Hill, Shaftesbury Theatre, The Roundhouse, Hatton Garden, Covent Garden, Abbey Road, Granary Square, Drama Centre, BT Tower, Charles Dickens Museum and much more.
